Good

Liked: The price and size of the room. Front desk guy at check-in was fantastic
Disliked: The Pool is unusable not heated indoors ice cold and cement around it was rough and ugly

Rundown property, noisy stay

Liked: Location close to Mt Washington. Bed sheets were clean. AC works. Staff is ok.
Disliked: Most of the power outlets don't work. Only half of the lights turns on. Sound insulation is absent. Breakfast was a joke, bagel+toaster.
