Disliked: Rooms are filthy this is the 3rd time I've gotten a room that was not cleaned floors not vacuumed bathroom floor and bathtub were filthy and I'm pretty sure none of the bathtub plugs in this hotel work cuz I have yet to get a room that has a working one . They don't clean out the drains so water is very slow to drain which is disgusting there's soft spots in the halls where it feels like your about to fall through nearly no ventilation in pool area and this last time I stayed it felt as if I was being bit by fleas I informed front desk who came check the room and told me that they just had a meeting and was told they were not allowed to swap rooms anymore so I was forced to stay in a dirty room while being bit by fleas.

Liked: We didn't get to use the amenities as we were busy, but I definitely look forward to on my next visit. The staff was amazing! They made sure I knew about breakfast, about the pool, sauna and hottub. And there were three ladies that were there and they all 3 told me about the amenities. Awesome customer service.
