Liked: We arrived at 11pm after a 6 hour drive and the hotel was overbooked so we didn’t have a room we had booked on a secondary site and confirmed with credit card. Staff was indifferent and not helpful until I asked for the names and numbers of other nearby hotels.

We were denied a room...

Liked: Nothing. WE were told only when we arrived that our reservation was cancelled - at midnight! I found this incredibly frustrating, as we had to drive around and fin another place late into the night. We finally found a room 20 miles out of town at 2 a.m.

Liked: The room was excellent!

Will definitely stay again!!

Liked: Comfortable beds, the swimming pool and hot tub!!
Disliked: The hair dryer didn't work, and the vent in shower was dirty!!

Easy check in and check...

Liked: It was clean, nice, and great location. Right by interstate and restaurants.
Disliked: Breakfast started later so we didn’t get to eat before our softball game.
