Liked: I liked the look of the hotel
Disliked: That I booked a simple king only to arrive and be told they are sold out and I would have to pay another 60 to be moved to a kitchenette room that we didn’t need because they had overbooked and were still selling king rooms. We had picked it for the pool and when asked was told it was open until 11 just as the listing states what it doesn’t tell you is that from 10-11 it’s an adult only swim so we only got about 45min to swim as with our son kind of a let down. The only other issue was none of the soaps shampoo or conditioner had anything in them just wasn’t a $180 experience

Disliked: Pillows are very flat and the bed was very soft. Not bad if you like a soft bed but I personally prefer a firmer mattress. But I won't complain

Liked: The location was conveniently placed
Disliked: Room was way to hot, AC didn't work properly. Staff had poor attitude. The hot water didn't work for long if at all. The pool wasn't cleaned daily. The lounge chair was stained. The fire alarm kept going off.
