Liked: Food was nice staff was welcoming perfect location for butlins only down the road,all in all good
Disliked: The stairs are mad steep lol🤣🤣 rooms a lil smaller than expected bur was pretty good tho for the value

Liked: breakfast and room where ok but the staff not so good
Disliked: the staff and couldn't get an evening meal on the sunday but couldn't food in your room either ?

Nice hotel/pub and location

Liked: Great location, couple minute walk to sea front. Nice bar area where we watched football. Nice cooked breakfast included. All staff friendly. Our room at the front so nice view of North Hill. Would recommend.

Liked: Reasonably priced. Conveniently situated for town centre and sea front. Room comfortable, well maintained and clean. Generous good quality breakfast. Dont miss pizza night!
Disliked: Rooms on 2 floors with no lift that I spotted: could be a problem for less mobile guests.
