Good

Liked: Good breakfast. Staff cool to start but warmed up.
Disliked: Room (number 7) was tiny for two people.

Very good

Liked: Fantastic location close to station and a few minutes walk from the clocktower. Very clean. Good parking.
Disliked: Our double bed was small and sleep was therefore poor.

Comfortable rooms and full english...

Liked: Rooms and the whole place spotless, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was top notch and so much choice. Skegness train station 5 min walk and centre of town same situated on a very quiet street. Will definatley make it my no1 choice when returning to Skegness.
