Liked: Clean, location was good. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Bed really needed to be replaced. Uncomfortable and we are not picky. The shower was so odd with water streamimg straight down from shower head, not able to adjust as it was on the tall ceiling. Cold, because the door was only half covering the shower opening. Very loud all hours of the day and night on 1st floor.

Liked: This hotel has a single stall EV charging station. While it is a J-1772 plug, it appears to deliver about 10 kw. Unfortunately, there is no reservation capability and hi-speed DC chargers are scarce in Lawrence.
Disliked: A second station or a reservations system for the charger would be nice.

Always a clean, friendly place...

Liked: They gave me an early check in which was super helpful. Wish they had the complimentary HH on Sundays but oh well!

the housekeeper was very helpful...

Liked: I only ain't breakfast there one time an it was somewhat good by the time I make it back to the room breakfast be already over with because I work over night the housekeeper was very nice to me and my family and btw customer skill
Disliked: the fact that they tried to charge me 350 just because we didn't have all our staff that like one of my major problem

Short unexpected stay

Disliked: Shower curtain too short, and needs to wider. This keep water in shower well better. A simple chair would be nice.f
