Liked: The receptionist was really nice, she helped me to take all of my luggages upstairs and she changed our room for a bigger one, because that was empty. It made our stay much better. Thank your for the kindness.

Disliked: The stairs to get to my room. After a full day of walking was not ideal. A little far from city centre so the only option is to taxi in causing it to be more expensive after the unexpected expense

Liked: The member of staff at the desk was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was mud smeared up the walls and on the bed sheets as if a muddy dog or something had been running around inside. The shower in the ladies bathroom ran boiling hot and was jammed so it couldn't be cooled down, so was unusable. The shower in the men's bathroom was the same. The internal paint could do with an update too

Excellent if you want to...

Liked: No breakfast as it was self catering. I left early anyway. I met some really interesting people in my room. The lounge was great with a big TV.
Disliked: Only parking for a few cars.
