Liked: We did not stay in Cherokee!! we stayed in Stonebrook Lodge in Bryson city there was a mixup on booking.com and we have yet to get our money back from Cherokee. We did not stay at Cherokee Stonebrook Lodge that night. We stayed at Stonebrook Lodge in Bryson city. The manager at the Bryson city Stonebrook Lodge even called over to Stonebrook Lodge in Cherokee asking that they refund the money back without penalty because we were standing in the office area in Bryson city when she called. We have yet to get our money back, we have been charged twice for staying in one place. We cannot be in two places at the same time we spent that night in Bryson city not Cherokee.
Disliked: I have no comment here since we did not stay in Cherokee. We stayed in Bryson city.

The worst hotel I have...

Liked: It was walkable distance to Casino
Disliked: The hallways and rooms were smelly, like mold. The first room (306) we got was so moldy smelling that we started coughing and then we couldn't breathe. We are asthmatic so we both had asthma attacks and we had to ask to change rooms. They finally gave us another room (112) and it was less smelly (but still smelly) but also extremely humid, so much so the hotel had a Damp Rid container in the corner. It was gross and I don't recommend anyone, especially anyone with lung conditions to stay anywhere in this hotel. 2 days later and we are still suffering physically (coughing and asthmatic issues) after this stay!

Disliked: I didn't go to breakfast however it would have been nice if breakfast was until 10 am also the rooms were nice but not enough covering on the bed . It was a very thin decorative cover and a sheet . I don't sleep under top covers because they are not changed everyday. just for looks.
