Liked: Location was great, right next to the mall. The free shuttle bus comes right in front of the hotel which was very convenient getting around.

Disappointing but overall nice place

Liked: Great location, great sized rooms.
Disliked: Our bathroom ceiling leaked from a toilet on the floor above, I slipped and fell on the water on the floor hit my head and banged up my knee pretty bad. They didn't even move us rooms and comped only one night. My knee is still bugging me weeks later.

Short, but pleasant.

Liked: Very nice setting.
Disliked: Very dated in the rooms. Starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Traffic is horrific in the area.

Liked: Shuttle bus picked up was great, arrived late night, driver was prompt and friendly.
Disliked: The staff was unfriendly when check out, no greeting and he didn’t even looked at guest, rude.
