The Stone House Hotel is a classic Edwardian country house built in 1908 set in a stunning secluded spot in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales near the town of Hawes. It has been family-run for over 40 years. Many rooms at Stone House have views of the beautiful gardens that surround the hotel and have Smart TVs tea and coffee-making facilities among other amenities. With original oak paneling in the main lounge and real log fires throughout the picturesque Stone House Hotel is the perfect home away from home there is also a bar serving local ales spirits and a range of wines by the glass which can also be enjoyed in the library/billiard room or the garden. Free WiFi is available throughout this hotel as well as free private parking and a duel electric charging point for guests use only. Stone House offers award-winning breakfast options light lunches afternoon tea's and a luxurious dinner menu that changes on a daily basis. I loved my stay here....

Liked: Breakfast was better than other hotels we had stayed at. Poached eggs were freshly made. Delicious!Very well appointed and comfortable hotel.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like

Was fabulous,fantastic will be going...

Liked: It’s beautiful in the right place short walk to Hawes which is fabulous, about 15-20 minutes walk to green dragon pub which is great if you like stepping back in time with the old look and fireplace look great with fire raging

Exceptional accomodation , fabulous staff...

Liked: The location is beautiful, the staff amazing and the accommodations fabulous. Just a great place to unwind. England’s hidden gem.
