Liked: Very nice accommodation; clean; friendly staff. We would revisit this hotel again for sure.

Liked: Pleasant staff…accommodating.
Disliked: Parking issues with snow in the lot. Elevator wait issues. Breakfast staff not prepared for number of guests. Visible caulking issues around toilet. fireplace doesn’t work. Bathroom tap barely worked. Need to step up maintenance. Wifi barely worked from room location.

A very pleasant fine for...

Liked: The front entry is just as you see it in pictures. The hotel is somewhat vintage, and though they’ve modernized, they’ve kept the flavour. The breakfast area is very cozy. We ended up having a wonderful visit with the other patrons. If you don’t like that coziness, maybe stay somewhere else. We loved that about this place.
Disliked: The clerk made scrambled eggs to order. Might have been nice to have a little more protein options, like bacon or sausage.This is not really a negative.

Liked: Everything was very clean and staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The bed was too soft for me. I prefer a stiff bed.

Cozy and comfortable stay

Liked: Very cozy and comfortable, quiet location but close to everything in Orillia. Breakfast was good, included eggs and bacon, cereals and toasts. Also great coffee.
Disliked: Cleaning staff were in our room cleaning before we checked out and it was before 11.

I would come back!

Liked: Great place! Big and clean room, great selection for breakfast, nice and polite staff, comfortable bed
Disliked: The pool had ice cold water so was not able to use it (I specifically booked hotel with pool to relax and i was unable to use it)Locatio is a little bit off center but with car it is ok (grocery store right next to the hotel)

Wonderful quick getaway

Liked: The pool was too cold to use. The bed was way too soft. The room was wonderful. Loved the separation between living and bedroom. Breakfast was great. Overall a great property. Would definitely return
