Fantastic Hotel, highly recommended

Liked: Fantastic hotel. Beautiful location. Spacious property in general, and room in particular. Shower was superb with brilliant water pressure. Two king size beds were perfect. Staff were outstanding in every area, friendly, polite and very responsive. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of seating areas around the hotel. Sports Bar food was good value for money and being able to have it served in the quieter adjacent bar area was brilliant. Two bottles of water refreshed every day.
Disliked: Very little. Had a couple of housekeeping issues, but the response was immediate and excellent. Fridge not standard in the room but can be requested. Towels are getting a bit thin and probably need replacing.

Liked: Location is super lovely, we enjoyed exploring Dedham during the daytime. The spa and treatment are also a treat!

Amazing value for money and...

Liked: - Beautiful grounds - Ample free parking (but a warning, don't make the mistake I did by parking under the trees on the left, I came back to a 'painted' car courtesy of the birds....)- Spotlessly clean in the corridors, rooms and pool area - Very large room- Comfortable beds - Water provided in the room- Pleasant views from the room out over the golf course - Friendly and approachable staff- Well-kept pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room- Tasty breakfast with adequate options and a great view to eat with - Excellent value for money all-round
Disliked: - As a few other reviews have mentioned, the room was unbearably hot at night. We used the fan provided, but even in April, found it impossible to sleep due to the heat

Liked: Location, room size and cleanliness, restaurants, bar and pool facilities. Staff were all really friendly too.

Liked: Nice it had a bit of everything from Sports bar to posh so you can do what you like. The staff were all friendly too. And little things like having chocolate and crisps behind the bar if you fancy something was nice too
Disliked: The swimming /spa area could be bigger and updated. And you can only access for 2 hours a day
