Disliked: Firstly the host is very selfish, nobody is there at the property, sends you forms to fill out, takes your details and you don't know how the details will be used, so easy to scam you in the future. Wifi is awful, the room is way too small for two people and I booked the room at this property for one of my staff working in Luton, but when wanted to extend the stay by one more day he gave me a price that wasn't satisfactory, so I said it's ok, I won't bother extending it, then the next day my staff decided that he needs to stay one more night anyway and contacted the host to ask to extend the night, but the host charged him double what the host offered to me. A complete rip off. I contacted the host afterwards and he just didn't care in the slightest as he already scammed my worker and took the money, so it was too late.

Liked: Had parking and although couldn’t initially get a space, was able to late that evening. Had to pay at the car park behind the hotel while I wait for parking space to be free
Disliked: Bathroom- bathroom was unclean, stains in the shower. Issues with drainage, was stood in my own filth why trying to have a shower. There was no soap in the dispensers, after along day was the lay thing we needed. The toilet made some weird noise each time you flush or open any of the taps. The sink had what looked like cigarette ash.Bedroom- tiny beds and although the sheets looked clean that was the only thing clean about the room. Cob webs everywhere, my jacket which I hung up had dust on them, woke up with a cold from inhaling all that filth all night Customer service- I had to call and message them at 3pm (check in at 2) to send me check in codes. A very impatient staff was short with me when they finally picked to check my messages as he will be sending the details at that time.. not good enough
