Liked: Location,and grounds. Spacious comfortable room. We found shower over bath difficult. However we did not stipulate we required a walk in shower, and I am sure had we approached the staff they would have done their best to accommodate us.Overall excellent including the very efficient friendly staff
Disliked: There was nothing detrimental. The facilities provided were all excellent

Liked: Reception were very helpful, and also sorted us out a taxi for our event the following day. All staff were very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit chaotic as the hotel was very busy. Would be better to have all of the food together in one room rather than splitting the hot food from the cold buffet, cereal, etc. Just makes for a lot of through traffic through the restaurant when it is already busy. Also would be good to be able to help yourself to coffee and tea - might be quicker than having to order it each time.

Disliked: We were on the top floor and there was a sloping ceiling over 1 side of the bed making access difficultThere was a bath with overhead shower - would much prefer a shower only room. A bath set up now surely very dated + saving water a priority after dry springs so shower the best environmental and economic option
