A very smart hotel in a cracking setting in centre of Stirling; staff were very nice, so was breakfast. Would go back without a second thought.
Liked: The building itself and public areas were great.
Disliked: The bedroom we stayed in was a bit tired with worn carpet and broken door inside bathroom.

Nice hotel in a great...
Liked: The location was great! They had onsite parking. The rooms were nicely sized and clean.
Disliked: We were only there for one night and it was hard to get a dinner reservation at the restaurant. We had to eat very late.

Exceptional
Liked: Everything was excellent and easy. Very fast check-in and checkout, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms. We spent a lot of time at the leisure center that didn't feel crowded at all even though there were quite a few visitors. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: Vegan options at their restaurant were prepared with just as much care as the rest of the menu, and you could tell that a lot of thought went into them. Unfortunately nothing that we ordered was quite to our taste, but this is very subjective and I'm sure other people enjoyed these meals.

Pleasant stay, however issues need...
Liked: The hotel bed was extremely comfy. The hotel decor was lovely and the restaurant was lovely along with the food selections at breakfast. Location is brilliant when it comes to being close to transport and Stirling itself. Spa facilities were lovely, however busy but that can’t be helped.
Disliked: That I didn’t have a telephone in the room as per the guest information sheet so I was unable to contact down when I had issues with the room. The toilet roll holder was broken and there were open wirings in the bathroom. I was attempting to phone through to the main reception off of my mobile for half an hour and got no response. Their switchboard options are very confusing also. Their middle floor rooms aren’t the most accessible and the lift doesn’t go to them either. There were also old small wrappers on the floor that hadn’t been picked up when cleaning. I also didn’t have a bin either so I had to make one.
