Liked: Hotel,Staff and Food excellent. Rooms a bit disappointing, needing refurbishment but very clean. Would certainly recommend and would stay there again..
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Disappointed, having expected much better

Liked: Its location on a university campus appealed to us as Professors
Disliked: Some of the staff were singularly unhelpful to us as an older couple, saying the lift was too far away to use, when in fact it was handy to our room. The shower was treacherous and there were no instructions to operate it to change the water from the bath to the shower. There was only one bedside table and after three requests we were fobbed off and none was provided.

Excellent well proced convenient hotel.

Liked: Excellent friendly and helpful staff.Excellent location amd facilities.No hassle at all.
Disliked: Noisy American students and lecturers in nearby rooms making a racket late night and early hours. Not the hotels fault but the only negative about our stay. Pricks.

Liked: Everything hotel was way above our expectations from the staff to the comfort in the rooms and the breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel of not the best
