Disliked: AC was broken. Toilet inside the room. Most of the people does not speak english. Only one USB entrance near bed.

Liked: The location was perfect, room was clean, small common area to work but enough and all the staff was extremely nice. For any activities Stephanie and Paola are the Life of the party and Big thank you to Santi who was really helpful and patient with us and our room ! ✨

Liked: I had my phone stolen and the staff were incredibly helpful with assisting me no questions asked, especially Santiago. They made the situation a lot easier and would highly recommend staying here.

Questionable value, wouldn't come back...

Liked: The lobby and the terrace have some nice Cuban style, however the ban on drinking one's own alcohol effectively kill it as a socializing space. It's just a huge waiting room, a wasted potential. Ironically you still can get a small beer can at the reception for $5. I suspect the reason is to boost revenues of the nearby bar, which seems to have the same owner.The location is good and accessible by a direct airport bus line. The staff is generally friendly, but their alignment among each other is lacking.
Disliked: I made a non-refundable booking for about $65 / night like 3 months in advance, only to find out later that the same bed was offered for $30-40 at the time of my arrival. Not cool. Honestly the latter price reflects much better the actual value. I wanted to have at least some kitchen, the one here was still disappointing - no running water, no dishes (not even disposable ones), just 2 small fridges and a microwave. Couldn't cook much better than a ramen.The ensuite bathroom might look like an advantage, but in a room for 10 people the waiting can turn into a frustrating experience. The lockers below the bed have no drawer, they are just a narrow deep tunnel wide as your luggage, quite inconvenient. The beds have curtains and a lamp, but no real shelf for your accessories and just a weak USB port, no power outlet.
