Beautiful stay in Los Angeles...

Liked: Great staff, great facilities. I loved everything about this hotel!
Disliked: Only curtains in our room should be replaced by new ones as they were covered in stains.

Great stay.

Liked: Great location. Simple design. Really great staff. Very comfy beds.
Disliked: The water never got hot so showering was more of a rinse off affair.

The rooftop bar completely ruined...

Liked: The hotel itself is great. The bed was super comfortable - I loved the mattress and how low it was. I also liked the unique, artsy design and the amenities, including a kettle, coffee, and an iron. The staff was super friendly.
Disliked: The noise from the rooftop bar was just terrible. The main issue was that the windows had a gap and couldn’t be fully closed, which let all the sound in. Our flight was at 6 AM, so we had to wake up at 2 AM, but we couldn’t sleep AT ALL because of the constant noise. There was one pair of earplugs provided on the bedside table, but I couldn’t sleep with them, and my sister didn’t have any. Overall, it was a really frustrating and painful experience. On top of that, the bathroom door couldn’t be fully closed and had a gap, so anyone you’re sharing the room with can see you. I wish I could give a higher rating, but we didn’t get a good night’s sleep for four nights, and on the last day, we were awake for 24 hours straight.

Disliked: Lifts not working. No towels in room 2 days in a row. Cold showers in afternoon. Pool not available for use (main reason for booking).
