Very nice room

Liked: Excellent price-quality ratio
Disliked: Maybe the only thing they should include is hot water in the shower.

Liked: I was charged twice for the room, so it ruined my trip. No apology no prompt communication and no compensation
Disliked: Waited 4 weeks for refund, after having to provide so much evidence

Disappointing

Great hotel for a great...

Liked: The room was very industrial chic--the towels and sheets were soft, and I loved the sheetmasks waiting for me when I arrived. As a woman travelling alone for work I felt safe and comfortable.
Disliked: Be prepared, downtown can be intense. The architecture is gorgeous but the homelessness and drug use is right in your path if you walk around. It's not unsafe, just ... intense.

Good stay

Liked: Very nice a clean property. So convenient for being downtown
Disliked: The bed was too low to the ground

Loved it, good memories and...

Liked: We really liked the room and how it was laid out, the design and modern vibe. It was perfect for a night stay. Parking lots around, so you have to look to find one for overnight. Would stay again.
Disliked: Wish there was a dedicated parking spot.

Liked: Great location, staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was not the same as I booked. Asked the staff about this and questioned why my room was smaller they said that’s just a standard room, they could move me but it will be the same. Disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for and the pictured room is a completely different suite essentially- false advertising.
