The staff are incredibly helpful...

Liked: A diamond tucked away. Two part complex with an amazing garden, gazebo area.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is the signage to locate my room.

A nice, friendly hotel that...

Liked: Friendly staff and a nice bar in a pleasant building which is convenient for M25 / Dartford tunnel. We used it as stopover before Eurotunnel next day and it made a much more pleasant stay than a chain hotel for similar cost.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like

Lovely stay in a very...

Liked: Lovely building and grounds. Comfortable and good sized room. Nice food and very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Nothing. All was good.

Liked: Venue was attractive, The main building and reception were attractive. The room was adequate and clean. However, the walls were thin which meant that it could be noisy. Particularly when clients have a shower (I think that the drains upstairs ran down a pipe near my bed ) and when packing and moving about with cases etc at 5 am, I found it difficult to get back to sleep.The staff and the main building were excellent and the gardens were lovely.. A great place for a celebration.. Some other bedrooms were available in the main building and I believe they were better, but I didn't find that out!
