Disliked: Restaurant was over populated due to the bar being refurbed, this meant that people who might have been in the bar was in restaurant a lot of swearing and service was very slow took over 1 hour to get food after ordering and was very poor standard when served

Disliked: construction in the middle of the of the entry to the holway that leads to the roomsvery unhelpfull staffbeen charged for parking but got also fined for parking

Disliked: NO bedside tables, telephone did not work to order room service and now mirrors in the room or bathroom. I am sure tis is because the room was newly decorated and not quite finished.

Disliked: No mirror in the room apart from the bathroom which is no good when wanting to blow dry hair. Seeing as most people probably stay here before going to an event it's a bit unusual
