Liked: We couldn't have asked for a better location! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good with lots of options including a gluten free selection.

Liked: Great location, near to all major sights, very good breakfast, helpful staff, quiet room!
Disliked: The room was a bit small and without a closet. To enter the hotel you have to walk up some steep stairs which is hard if you carry heavy and bulky luggage. There are also a few stairs at some point in the corridor of the third floor that make difficult to move around with a big suitcase. The corridors to the rooms are narrow and seem like a labyrinth.

Liked: Breakfast was supper ! Staffs are more than SUPER ! They were so kind-especially Elaine- also were helful and smile faced..Their service for lobby was nice also.
Disliked: nothing ! But a little bit suggestion; maybe beds could be re-newed:)
