Perfect short break.

Liked: Fantastic eggs! Great breakfast. Lovely gardens with various places to sit and outside drinks 'hut'. Excellent location. We were amazed how quiet it was, despite being on a busy road. A beautiful old house. Lots of thought put into supplying small items in the room...eg. sewing kit. We got on very well with the teddy bear.
Disliked: Er. Um. Mm. No...can't think of anything.

Steps Stay

Liked: Everything! Stayed here quite a few times now and it is such a relaxing place to stay. Comfortable, clean rooms, excellent breakfast! A lovely garden to sit in when the sun is shining. Sharon and Paul the hosts are great- nothing is too much trouble.
Disliked: There isn't anything we did not like- except having to leave

Liked: The owners were exceptionally helpful friendly and informative ,clearly a lot of love and care went into the garden areas,lots of relaxing little corners.The room itself was also presented with love and pride

Fabulous

Liked: Paul and Sharon were so helpful and accommodating. We stayed with our son before a wedding and they catered for his every need. They were kind enough to allow us a later check out so we had somewhere to get ready before a wedding. Everything we needed was in our room and lots of unexpected extras. The location was great and the honesty bar was a lovely additional touch.

Well maintained property with lovely...

Liked: Very clean and beautiful garden.
Disliked: Room had one small window and was up a flight of stairs.
