Comfortable and functional!

Liked: Large comfortable bed! Good location to get to specific functions around area. Mt Martha and Safety Beach.
Disliked: No power point where the kettle & amenities were set up!

We won't be back. Unless...

Liked: Staff were lovely. View from balcony was lovely. Location was great.
Disliked: Cleanliness of spa bath was appalling, jets had not been cleaned for a very long time !! Shower had hairs. No complementary toiletries for spa or shower. Take away egg and bacon rolls and coffee were awful we threw them out.

Liked: No breakfast available.Location ideal for our requirements.All staff were very helpful & friendly especially Jodie & Grace, who went out of her way to return a forgotten bag.
Disliked: Tea & coffee amenities in room were meagre.Cups horrible chunky & too small.

Extremely comfortable, clean and friendly...

Liked: Very clean, great location, very good meal, friendly staff , especially Gail, who went out of her way to make us comfortable and upgraded our room and made sure we had a good stay, she was very friendly and accomodating. Because of this , we will be back soon and bringing other friends .
Disliked: Nothing
