Beautiful location but rude staff

Liked: The location was great and nice size rooms.
Disliked: We were supposed to have 2 beds and only got one.We spent ages trying to find where to book in and it ended up being in the pokies room where this old guy who worked there happily took myself and my 17 year old daughter then the next morning he was yelling at her for being in that room when all we were doing was handing the key back to get our deposit back, he was so rude!

VERY HAPPY would recommend

Liked: As soon as i arrived the staff was so polite and friendly due to the fact my mother passed away a month and half ago it was a break for me so they upgraded me to a ocean view room with a balcony , and a spa..i was delighted and so HAPPY thank you so much :)

Disappointed

Liked: Shower was good, bed was ok, location was good, nice coffee shop in the laneway next door, great breakfast.
Disliked: Curtains didn’t close properly, dust and cobwebs all behind the tv, the floor sloped, took ages to get hot water from the bathroom sink, only earl grey tea(no choice) no wardrobe as stated for the room, barely any heat from the heating system. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but it was very disappointing.

Liked: Location of the hotel, easy parking.
Disliked: Access via the back stairs of an evening could be a little tricky. No Foxtel so we were unable to watch afl of a Saturday afternoon and 9am is a little late to commence breakfast service.

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Room surprisingly comfortable and warm. The furniture was dated but nice and clean. We had private parking, restaurants and shops downstairs and the beach was really on the other side of the road.We enjoyed our stay
Disliked: There was no door to separate the bathroom from the room.
