Liked: Good condition of the room, furnished in a very pleasant way
Disliked: It's very load in a morning. Hard to sleep after 8 am

Liked: Nice modern and cosy room. Great breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: There was no free parking space when we arrived and having a suite on the ground floor was not ideal as we could hear every guest enter and leave the building.

Liked: It is a beautiful period property with some preserved features. Well maintained.
Disliked: Would’ve liked a bit more space to move about in the room but really, it was otherwise awesome and more than decent, price-wise.

Super stay with great attention...

Liked: Great location. Easy access using the App. Lovely room with really comfortable bed and excellent facilities.Breakfast was fantastic and well worth the indulgence. The service in the dining room was very attentive.Communication was super efficient and covered all our needs.
Disliked: All good and nothing to dislike.

Culture shock

Liked: In the end - nothing, total disaster experience
Disliked: 1. Before booking I called them to clarify things - fridge in the room and late check-in. When we realized that fridge is available only in specific rooms we selected it as fridge was critical for us. they wrote us in WhatsApp notifying that they improved room type for free, we had a discussion, I said we need a fridge and we agreed to have fridge in the room in the morning. Due to a very long trip we arrived in the morning. We found a personal who helped us to get into the room. When we asked for a fridge she said nobody shared any information with her, I showed messages and that hotel offered and promised to move a fridge to our room from another one in the morning. She said she will clarify. Till the end of our stay we got no fridge. Thanks to the hotel to issues we got due to this2. When we arrived we asked if we can have a breakfast as we were very tired. Personal agreed and said it would take around 15 minutes. We were OK with it, later she came and said they don't already serve it3. Next day I left a second phone as camera (I had important things in the room) and asked personal do not clean the room or enter it, we asked twice. In about 35 minutes I got notification that staff entered the room. It was originally 1 person whom I asked do not come in, she left and later 3 people appeared in the room, they were finger pointing on our things, discussing our life just like kids in the zoo. We felt naked in public. I had a chat with owner in the evening as it was a silence during a day about reason to enter the room or any excuse. Our privacy was violated but originally they didn't realize what they did.4. Day before leave we have found no free parking spot at hotel location or on near public parking.5. As excuse they let us leave till 12, but door was automatically locked at 11:45 and if my wife didn't stay in the room - we would not be able to take our things.
