Good breakfast, AC not easy...

Liked: Breakfast offered many options of fruit, cheeses, eggs, cereal, coffee. TV did offer some English channels, although not so easy to find.
Disliked: The AC was quite difficult to regulate, since it often seemed to change to a higher temperature in the middle of the night. A few times it was difficult to use the wifi, but we were told this was a "city problem." On two nights there were large parties in the facilities, which meant some excess noise until 2 am each night.

A good hotel with spacious...

Liked: The rooms were spacious and the staff were all very pleasant and offered any help that I might need. I had a great stay- the breakfasts were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. When the aircon failed on a very hot day, the staff quickly organised another room for me, and the aircon mechanic was also on site very quickly.

Liked: Good location, good rooms, friendly staff
Disliked: Air condition doesn't work. I was made to change 3 rooms and all 3 rooms AC didn't cool at all for the whole night. Multiple complaints to staff didn't help. I had to buy a table fan to be comfortable at night. Even breakfast was very minimalist. Not very good.

A perfect stay from start...

Liked: From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything at Steinberger Hof was truly perfect. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a great balance of comfort and functionality.Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the location, yet still conveniently close to everything in Dietzenbach. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you’ll feel taken care of.You can really tell that the team puts care into every detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!
