It’s great location hotel with...

Liked: The hotel is located in a very central area, very pretty garden and moat in front of the hotel. It’s very convenient to walk around.
Disliked: The parking space is limited. When it’s full, our have to park the car in the public parking.

horrible due lack of wifi

Liked: I am waiting for my refund as I had to leave the hotel due to the hotel not having WiFi. For the cost per room of hotel advised as to in Düsseldorf not to have WiFi was totally unacceptable when it is indicated that WiFi is free. For those of us who have to work it was not possible to do so without WiFi. I even suggested that the hotel at least get me data but they wouldn’t
Disliked: hotel is beautiful and situated in the heart of Düsseldorf and high end shopping
