Disliked: I reserved a room with a balcony and the hotel told me that they don’t have a reservation with a balcony I told them I don’t want to stay at the hotel and I want my money back They told me no problem and they will contact booking.com regarding my money Also the hotel told me don’t cancel with booking.com because they will charge me and they will cancel the reservation with booking.com though them The name of the employee is Ibrahim Please i want my money backI have evidence that I’m staying in different hotel not in Steigenberger Icon Parkhotel DüsseldorfSo, please return my money back

Disappointed!

Liked: Staff was great!
Disliked: There was no air conditioning!We checked in and no one told us that the AC was not working!Then we had to keep windows open for air and then the room was full of flies and mosquitoes.They had to come and spray!
