Liked: The hotel is in a great location, the rooms have a good size and were clean and comfortable
Disliked: Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the "Grandhotel" title.Especially at breakfast, the selection was very limited, during the middle of breakfast already quite empty and not being refilled in time. The sfatt was not attentive and overwhelmed. They had almost no time between cleaning tables to take any orders. Also the food, when ordered, was not well done (waffles dry for example) and cold by the time it arrived at the table.Also high speed internet is only available for reward members while paying guest can only access low speed internet. That is not appropriate for any hotel, let alone for this price per night or the kind of hotel the Steigenberger is looking to be.
