Disliked: We ordered room service. for main we had 2 beef Angus burgers. The burgers were so terrible we could not eat it. The bread bun was completly stale, it was impossible to bite into it, it seems like it was a week old. We tried to eat the meat only, but it was raw inside. Seriously? how can you serve a raw burger. it was such a dissapointment. It was late and we were tired, so we just went to bed without bothering to go anywhere else to eat.Absolute let down just from room service food.

Liked: The property has a grand appearance, but is rather soulless as a hotel. Its vastness in some of its public rooms is accentuated by its emptiness of guests. It makes for a very ‘cold’ experience as a guest.Breakfasts were very good with a good selection and the staff were attentive to the few guests in attendance.
Disliked: As stated the hotel is rather soulless. The few guests resulted in the hotel having no feel to it. Restaurant facilities weren’t open due to lack of guests, some were closed but offered their menus in a combined dining area.Room facilities were lacking with specific lack of UK to channels after 5pm each day, and even during the day it was limited primarily to BBC1 but nothing in the evening.Staff talk openly of how busy it is in WEF weeks, but it is as though the Hotel is focused on that period of the year but not any other time.

Super recommended! top end Hotel...

Liked: Fantastic hotel with great shuttle services for skiing, delicious and rich breakfast, super SPA and very friendly personnel.
Disliked: As we were a large group, there was a bit of a chaos with the rooms set up (twint vs double).
