Overpriced for what you get

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is its location.
Disliked: I booked a Superior Queen Room, which looked very beautiful and spacious in the photos on Booking.com, with a large double bed. In reality, I received a much smaller room with what seemed like a smaller bed, and overall it felt cramped and definitely not worth the price.When I mentioned this at the front desk, they actually agreed that the photos on the website don’t reflect what guests receive in reality. Yet, months later, the misleading images still haven’t been updated.The hotel is okay overall, but for such a high price, the experience—including the room, breakfast, and overall service—just doesn’t live up to expectations.

Liked: Lovely room and facilities.
Disliked: Loads of external traffic noise and police sirens. Also loads of people hanging around shouting until the early hours of the morning. This really impacted our sleep.

Liked: - Very spacious and comfortable room that we got upgraded to, loved the design, everything was pristine- Really enjoyed the bathtub with tv, shower felt like a summer rain - Great choice of complimentary care products and little extras - Hotel is located very close to the city centre - Extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff at the reception and around the hotel- Looking forward to come back again soon!
