Liked: Everything is excellent in every respect.
Disliked: In 2014, I took a photo with the Steigenberger logo in Düsseldorf, where several of the illuminated letters were not functioning. Unfortunately, the same issue appears to persist here in Frankfurt. I sincerely hope it will be addressed and repaired soon to ensure the signage is fully legible and maintains the brand’s prestigious image

Disliked: First room given was very smelly you could not breathe. Smells like dirty sweat. They gave use new room. The third day we requested new bedding, room surfaces very dirty, no soap in sink. Cleaning personnel all from 3rd countries and smelled very bad. Bedding image is the ‘clean’ we had.

Disliked: The hotel staff is not competent and quite unfriendly. Check-In time took 20 minutes and I did not receive my deposit back (100€). When I questioned it on the phone the receptionist told me that the 100€ are in the safe in cash and that I should come back to Frankfurt to pick it up?!?
