Exceptional

Liked: very comfy with great service, front desk not always staffed but very nice.I think it reaches the 4 star level in some more tourist cities.

A great stay in very...

Liked: Good atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, great location, very good breakfast, nice restaurant, super easy to get to from the main station just 2 stops on the metro and a couple of mins walk.
Disliked: No tea making in the room

great family run hotel, very...

Liked: great location, comfortable, clean, safe and very affordable
Disliked: the room did get a bit warm and if the window was open the noise from the church bells was often and loud
