Liked: it is safe. the location is amazing. staff is friendly and helpful. it is easy to connect with people and have drinks
Disliked: upper beds are hard to climb, also risky and dangerous that people can fall very easily. when your bed slides, you can't even get it back together, there are no additional toilets in the floor for emergencies in the room where there are lots of people in the queue.no curtains for the privacy. elevator takes so long to wait and the numbers don't work that you cannot estimate if the elevator might come soon or not.

Wonderful experience at a hostel...

Liked: Close to central station, beds were very comfortable , room was clean and had airco (we had few hot days)
Disliked: Kitchen area can get messy but this is related to the guests (not cleaning up after they use). Sometimes it was too busy so we barely bought food that needed to be cooked.

Liked: Great price. Convenient for late check in. Comfy bed. I like the room set up.
Disliked: The new key card app and checking in before you arrive on the app/with the link added stress to my travel. I prefer checking in at a desk and having a real key card.

Liked: Location, amenities and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was a nice surprise to have a concierge with all the city info at hand!
Disliked: Light in the bathroom turns on automatically, which is nice, but it should have a switch or dimmer too. Turned on during the night may wake your roommates up.
