Great, inexpensive place to stay close to downtown.

Liked: Reservation; check in; attention to detail with pre check in text asking if I needed anything prior to arrival; clean, comfortable room; location and price!
Disliked: Water pressure was really low; pillows were flat; coffee machine leaked.

Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.

Liked: Excellent location. Warm, welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast, affordable parking. Free coffee in the lobby. Discounts on nearby restaurants. Easy check-in/check-out. Good value for the price. Would recommend this hotel to friends!

Cool motel in the heart...

Liked: Liked Spokane and hotel enough to extend my stay a second night. Later found the hotel charged me a higher rate for the second night, but received a quick refund after I contacted the front desk.
