Great, inexpensive place to stay close to downtown.

Liked: Reservation; check in; attention to detail with pre check in text asking if I needed anything prior to arrival; clean, comfortable room; location and price!
Disliked: Water pressure was really low; pillows were flat; coffee machine leaked.

Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.

Liked: Excellent location. Warm, welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast, affordable parking. Free coffee in the lobby. Discounts on nearby restaurants. Easy check-in/check-out. Good value for the price. Would recommend this hotel to friends!

Cool motel in the heart...

Liked: Liked Spokane and hotel enough to extend my stay a second night. Later found the hotel charged me a higher rate for the second night, but received a quick refund after I contacted the front desk.

Jade saves the day!

Liked: The location was convenient and easy to access. The free breakfast at Rosie's was great.
Disliked: I reached out to the front desk and asked for early check in. We were attending a wedding that started at 430pm. I was told to call or text the morning of and see what was available. I reached out the morning of check in and was told that they could do a 3pm check in. My husband and I arrived at 3pm and was told our room would not be available until 4pm. I showed them the text I received. Shannon at the front said the rooms were not ready. I explained that we needed to get ready for the wedding and were told we could get into our room at 3pm. She did not seem to care. Thank goodness for Jade. Jade reached out to a mgr and was able to get the room ready for us and checked us in with 15 min. We were able to get ready and made it to the wedding on time.

Great location & Amazing Mosaics...

Liked: We were here for a Square Dance conference so it was a great location with beautiful mosaics, mural paintings, and photography of dancers. It was such a lovely atmosphere to return to every night. I enjoy making mosaics, so I was impressed and entranced with the mosaics on the garage! They are worth coming to see, even if you don't stay here.It also came with free, hearty breakfasts at Rosie's.
Disliked: The only thing that wasn't great was one of the black cups provided was not clean. I couldn't tell until I poured hot water for tea in it and old milk flakes floated to the surface. Otherwise, everything else looked clean and neat.
