Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.

Clean, comfortable place to stay...

Liked: The the room was clean and comfortable with great beds, sheets and towels. It is right off the freeway, which is good. The breakfast was more than I expected, with breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc.
Disliked: The area around the hotel is quite sketchy with a number of homeless wandering around. The room did not have enough outlets to charge multiple devices.

Disliked: Bed was awful, train rolls thru hourly was wondering why there were ear plugs on the table when you walk in.

Good location as it’s downtown...

Liked: Being downtown, having a king size bed and low cost secure parking.
Disliked: So close to the railway tracks that were busy.

Liked: I like the location. For the price this was an excellent hotel with easy on and off access to I-90. Good parking for in city and near Spokane Falls which was fun to walk by.
Disliked: If you are on first floor you can hear floor above when people walk, but this did not keep us up at night and this is an issue with many hotels.

Nice location but a tad...

Liked: The location is perfect. Walking distance to most places downtown. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom is very nice and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: The room (214) smelled like pee. Not terrible, but it was there. There was conditioner in the shower but no shampoo. Two people checked in but only one towel and one set of ear buds which you need because of the trains. Carpet is old and stained and the particle board furniture is crumbling. I guess I expect a little better for almost 200 bucks and a checking time of 4pm.
