Disappointing - 2 out of 5

Marcie, Tonasket Tue, 18 January 2011

Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean parking area
Disliked: Small, uncomfortable rooms, Train noise

Fine for a budget friendly...

Liked: it?s right downtown, easy to walk to everything and the bed was comfortable. Funky aesthetic. unique touches.
Disliked: it?s an old motel that?s been updated, but it still felt like an old motel. the room smelled, likely fromyears of smoking inside.

Good quality but noisy hotel

Liked: It was a modern and clean room with a nice bathroom and bed. Nice newer furniture. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. It is centrally located.
Disliked: I paid for early check in and emailed several times that I will arrive at noon. Hi ever the room was not ready when I arrived (they refunded me however): all of the rooms are directly facing the train tracks; and I was woken up every hour all night by passing nosy trains; despite using ear plugs. There was also street noise and music most of the night; If you want to get some rest I do not recommend this place. It is also looking more like a motel than a hotel. It is in a scratchy neighborhood right next to a bridge where transient people live; I did not feel safe waking to and from the hotel by myself once it got dark.

Would stay again

Liked: Easy to precheck in before evem arriving.. Frontdesk staff were super friendly and helpful. Very close to the Comedy club, the reason for my stay. Sorry didnt get your name to give you a shoutout but you were amazing at check in and checkout.Room was fairly clean, dont forget to check in the little cubby holes, bed was super comfy, and the heater worked great!
Disliked: Area is a bit sketchy and the train is like right there....and runs often but never honked.. thank ypui for the earplugs to help. There was an issue with the people above me in 207, and the feedback was welcomed and goong to be brought to the attention of management.

Fine over-night in Spokane.

Liked: Staff was exceptionally welcoming, room was clean and ready for check in. Parking was available - didn't need covered parking but it was available. wifi was available and easily accessed. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and bar just within easy walking distance. The theatre was within easy walking distance (just under a mile) with well-lighted streets at night. Kureg provided the in room coffee...love those little pods. Staff allowed me access to the kitchen to get tea at night. Really decent brewed and Kureg coffee in the breakfast room.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been more varied but was totally adequate. The clock in the room was unfunctional...at least I couldn't figure out how to make it work. Our iphones worked well enough.
