Steam Plant Hotel

Great, inexpensive place to stay close to downtown.

Liked: Reservation; check in; attention to detail with pre check in text asking if I needed anything prior to arrival; clean, comfortable room; location and price!
Disliked: Water pressure was really low; pillows were flat; coffee machine leaked.

Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean parking area
Disliked: Small, uncomfortable rooms, Train noise

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Bathroom needs upgrade, stained towels and bedsheets, a lot of noise from the train that passes through, no coffee station or breakfast at the location.

Motel not hotel

Liked: The bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: This place is just like a cheap motel 6.

Superb

Liked: Great location and very cool hotel. I loved the old school cartoons played outside drive-in style.
Disliked: The pillows..they're huge!! No way could I have used them with my Fibromyalgia. I would have woke up crippled. My sister did use them and regretted it

Disliked: Trains were loud

Disliked: Rooms are basic, motel style, close to homeless encampments and dangerous areas.

Liked: Nice staff.
Disliked: Steam Plant has cut back on some amenities like wake up calls. No more snacks available for purchase in the lobby.
