Steam Hotel

A real WOW hotel!

Liked: Everything!!!A truly fabulous hotel, and wished we could stay longer! There really is something for everyone here. So much to do and see. The staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: Pool not available if you only stay for one night with 16-18 year old.

Amazing stay for a couple...

Liked: I honestly think the visit was world class in almost every regards. The staff, the food, the spa, the food... the building and interior... all exquisite.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were placed on one of the few rooms which was neighbouring with the elevator, and since the hotel was fully booked there where a lot of sound from people travelling up and down all day. It quieted down later in the evening and I had also brought my earplugs, so I still managed to get an amazing sleep.

Gorgeous, awesome hotel – but...

Liked: It was amazing in so many ways, coolest and most unique hotel I have stayed at. Not only is it incredibly well designed and gorgeous, the games and activities available free of charge were fantastic too.
Disliked: It is a very, very noisy hotel and definitely not a place to go for relaxation. The soundproofing in the rooms leave a lot to wish for, you can hear people in the hallway as if they were inside the room, and your neighbours through the walls. Also, the drinks at the bar are insanely expensive, not quite on par with the price of the hotel itself.

Industrial chique

Liked: Absolutely stunning building. Great transformation of an old steam powerplant into a hotel! Great restaurants and bars! Nice rooms! All industrial style.

Liked: Breakfast food excellent however a little crowded

Stylish place, staff with potential.

Liked: Very nice hotel, very stylish. A bit like a "Motel One" in exclusive. Lots of offerings like Gaming Zone, Adult pool (which we did not use).
Disliked: Staff was so so friendly but not very competent. Questions like "where can I rent a bicycle" were answered at the reception: "best, you look it up in the internet yourself". For a hotel of that class a bit unambitious. Also we payed really a lot like more than 10.000 skr for two nights, and when I asked for an espresso for breakfast, they charged another 42. Naaaay, really???
