Disliked: Room for 6 but only 4 chairs.

Awesome and accommodating

Liked: I didn't get to stay at this hotel. They accommodated me to their sister hotel the enclave and it was awesome. We had an upgrade to a two bedroom two bathroom, three pools, two Jacuzzis and an awesome fitness center. We were still walking distance from everything and only a 7 to 10 minute drive from universal. We love staying in this area because we always have the most fun.
Disliked: The tv in our living room didn't work very well and my kids tv didn't change channels but my TV was great and everyone had other ways to watch television or we'd walk around or go to the pool.

Disappointed and Uncomfortable Stay –...

Disliked: Walking into the hotel, I was initially hopeful—the gentleman who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my stay.The moment we opened the door to our room, we were hit with a strong cigarette smell, despite this supposedly being a non-smoking room. I have asthma, and it made it incredibly hard for me to breathe or get any rest that night.The fire detector had been removed from the ceiling, which is a major safety concern. The room itself was filthy. Everything felt damp and sticky. The carpet was wet to the touch, the doors were grimy, and the whole space felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. The bed even had a musty odor, and I felt something crunchy underneath the sheets—completely unacceptable.The furniture was severely outdated and looked like it hadn’t been touched since the 70s. The TV was tiny, and overall, the room just felt depressing and neglected.If you’re extremely tight on a budget and have no other choice, maybe this place is an option. But if cleanliness, comfort, and safety matter to you at all, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
