Disappointed and Uncomfortable Stay –...
Disliked: Walking into the hotel, I was initially hopeful—the gentleman who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my stay.The moment we opened the door to our room, we were hit with a strong cigarette smell, despite this supposedly being a non-smoking room. I have asthma, and it made it incredibly hard for me to breathe or get any rest that night.The fire detector had been removed from the ceiling, which is a major safety concern. The room itself was filthy. Everything felt damp and sticky. The carpet was wet to the touch, the doors were grimy, and the whole space felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. The bed even had a musty odor, and I felt something crunchy underneath the sheets—completely unacceptable.The furniture was severely outdated and looked like it hadn’t been touched since the 70s. The TV was tiny, and overall, the room just felt depressing and neglected.If you’re extremely tight on a budget and have no other choice, maybe this place is an option. But if cleanliness, comfort, and safety matter to you at all, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

If the price was right,...
Liked: I have stayed in MANY hotels and some in the past have noted Kitchenette is fully stocked. This is the only one that is true with their description. Not tons of cooking ware, plates, cups and silverware but suitable for 2 ppl. The location of the hotel is great though. Walking distance to so many eateries and some attractions, such as ICON park and Ripley's.
Disliked: The room is outdated, stains on the couch (perhaps blood), and the bed was so worn with giant cave in the middle, very uncomfortable. Kitchenette cabinets and counter were very water damaged. The common areas, the carpet is riddled with stains throughout. The Arcade was less than impressing. Very few games and very expensive to play even, if you wanted to.
