The best part of this hotel was that we had a view of the city. If you're wanting to be close to everything stay here! Everything we wanted to do was a few foot steps and/or Uber/Lyft call away. This hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel experience was wonderful....

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the perks and amenities. The beds and down comforters were excellent…loved the “naked”experience. Very clean.
Disliked: Booked a second room and the twin beds were too small for adults. My daughter’s feet were dangling. Needed 2 queen beds. The city view was not exactly a city view. It was a view of the street parking lot.

Liked: I did not check in. I went to another hotel. I will never use booking again as they made this sound like a luxury hotel especially for the price. It looked like a rundown beat up hotel with no parking. The front desk clerk was snarky and nasty to me especially when it came to parking. She made it sound like I was to only go through their website as that is the only place that says limited parking. Because it sure does not say that on booking. And the problem I have is if you cannot park on property you have to find a parking spot in downtown Portland either in a garage or on the street. Then you have to carry your luggage all the way to the hotel. Which in my case was way too much luggage as I have been traveling for a number of days.
