Liked: The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. My husband and I drive 3 hours from home to Seattle for medical reasons. Navigating a new town, especially Seattle, is difficult. But your staff is always helpful with bus and trans info, times and locations, etc. Having to make these trips so often gets expensive, your discounts for UW patients helps.
Disliked: The room was small and not as comfortable this time, but still very clean.

Liked: The location to UW is perfect. That is why we stay here.
Disliked: The coffee makers are next to the bathroom sinks, every other day maid service, dirty hallways etc. We had this hotel booked a few months before our trip and our hotel view was of an office building about a foot away from our window.

Liked: Quite welcoming and comfortable. Terrific staff. On-site coffee shop had healthy choices I was looking for for breakfast.
Disliked: Just a temporary issue is that the neighborhood is a construction project, so it makes it hard to drive around. We walked to our appointment along a beautiful route.

Great Boutique Hotel Near UW

Liked: We love this hotel and have been staying here for the last 3 years every time we visit our daughter at UW. It's a great location and the bedding and services are great. We've used the bikes to ride around campus and we always take advantage of the free drink. The coffee shop in the hotel is super convenient (although there are tons of coffee shops nearby as well).
Disliked: The showers could use an upgrade to match the rest of the amenities!
