Beautiful hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was superb. This will definitely be my go-to place the next time I am in downtown Chicago.

Liked: I was very pleased with staff 's efforts to accommodate my special needs, The meals were exceptional and the location was convenient. I also liked the toiletry dispensers
Disliked: There was no microwave for reheating leftovers

Disliked: The door to the bedroom wouldn’t close because the bed was too big. Not the end of the world but I did book the suite to have the separate bedroom. Parking was expensive but there are much cheaper overnight options with one or two blocks
