It's pretty good but can...
Liked: The location is really good which near the union square. It's really convient to take public transport and do shopping. The staffs there are really nice and helpful?
Disliked: There was a very weird smell in the corridor on my floor as well as the room and that smell was really disgusting. It can stay on my clothes for so long. Maybe sanitation needed to be improved.

Liked: Very unique and cozy. My husband and I loved all of the pineapple themed decor
Disliked: $25 plus tax for facility fee. We only stayed one night and didn?t use any of them. Also, they only provide valet parking for $58 per night or for trucks $68. I would recommend parking elsewhere and walking to the hotel.

Quirky and unforgettable!
Liked: Service was excellent, really welcoming and helpful. Had an issue connecting to the wifi, which was sorted promptly.
Staff in the morning were super helpful too, allowing us to store our bags for the day.
Hotel is stunning, really quirky, which we love. Comfy beds and extra touches were noticed and made the hotel stand out for us.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Liked: It was close to the theater and the restaurant we wanted to go to for dinner (Fino) which was great. But unfortunately the actual street the hotel is on is overrun by homeless people and trash. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean.
Disliked: I paid for an upgraded room at checkout but am really confused about what was upgraded. There couldn't possibly be a smaller room in the hotel or one with a worse view. I have no idea what I paid the extra amount for.
