Me and my girlfriend spent one night and were very pleased with our brief stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others, and if we found ourselves needing a place to stay in the Boston area would definitely stay at the Chandler Inn again.

Liked: Everything besides room temperature.
Disliked: Room was too hot - couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down.

Liked: Conveniently located; nicely decorated; cool bar downstairs.
Disliked: Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Liked: Great location - South End and near Back Bay. Great decor and very quiet room - I upgraded to a corner room, so no one passed by my door. Would recommend doing this - well worth it. Very comfortable bed with two duvets instead of fitted sheets. Also had the most controllable temperature settings of any hotel I've stayed in with air con and adjustable radiator - both worked and could get the room temp just right. Great place for breakfast round the corner. Felt pretty safe walking back from restaurants at night. Check in and check out really easy and staff friendly and helpful. So much nicer than the corporate hotels I usually stay in for work trips. Highly recommended.

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but we did have supper downstairs which we enjoyed and we loved the location.
Disliked: Obviously a bigger room would have been better, but it was cozy and the space was well designed!Drinking water and a fridge would have been good in the room.
