All in all a good...

Liked: Room good and spacious, had everything we needed for a comfortable night. Location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out.
Disliked: Availability of ice, all ice machines broke even fountain in dining area had no ice. Had an ice maker in room, took all night to make 10-15 cubes. Pool good however something stunk so bad at it when the breeze came through. Within 15 minutes of being in our room, commode try to run over, plunger was provided. All in all a good stay, would return, just need to do maintenance.

Disliked: We did find socks and dirty spoon under couch

Liked: I did not eat the breakfast because of dietary restrictions. That's why I needed a kitchen, which was adequate. The location was perfect and near my relatives' house. The bed was very comfortable. AC worked very well.
Disliked: The lighting is very dull and needs to be brighter. There is thick, unsightly caulking around the bathroom vanity. When I pulled the lever up on the bathtub faucet to start the shower, the entire faucet started to fall off the wall. Even though I managed to pull up the lever, most of the water was still coming out of the faucet instead of coming out of the shower. There was thick caulking around the faucet which was evidence of prior attempt to repair it. The toilet was flushing with an odd noise and running a very long time before the tank filled. Eventually the tank overflowed and water was flooding the bathroom floor. I immediately called the front desk for a maintenance person and had to call back an hour later when the person finally showed up. He had to replace a part inside the tank and left. Several minutes later the tank overflowed again. I called the front desk clerk and she said the maintenance man may not be there any longer and I said, "Well, he had better be!!" He returned shortly and tried to tell me that the water on the floor was left there from before, which it absolutely was not. He then did something else inside the tank which stopped the overflowing issue, but the toilet continued to surge always. There were no instructions regarding the operation of the TV. So I asked the maintenance man if he could help, which he did. The floor in the kitchen area apparently had been repaired; however, the plank was too short so there was an open space between the two planks, which was unsightly.

I will stay somewhere else...

Liked: Breakfast was just about same every day, it also appeared would be getting everything back in the kitchen before 3 hour time was up, had to ask for more regular coffee, took awhile to bring it out, had to ask for more hot water, same issue with the coffe, poorly organized
Disliked: Almost everything, asked front desk to have room cleaned came back that night still the same as we left it, computer and printer in lobby, could not log into anything and staff had no idea on how to fix it, my personal feeling is they didn’t care it was not functional

Liked: The hot breakfast selection was very good.
Disliked: We were on the side of the building with a lot of noise from the outside.The room was very good, but not as described on Booking.com. I reserved a two-bedroom suite, but was told when I arrived that this property did not have any two-bedroom suites.

Awful

Disliked: Everything! The pool was closed, there was mold in the bathrooms, water leaking through one of the ceilings, the AC didn't work in our first room, there was dirt and stuff on all the floors as if it had never been vacuumed. No ice in the building, breakfast was bad and there wasn't much food available, no juice, the soda machine was not working, windows were cracked and all the key fobs to the entry doors did not work. You could only enter through the front door.
