Acceptable, but air upwards

Liked: Quite new hotel close to the silver and blue metro. For the USA reasonable breakfast. We got an upgrade after I complaint about a non prepared room. Michelle is a very good Director of Sales, available in the morning, greeting the guests - most appreciated and problems solving! The manager should take her as an example.
Disliked: Unorganized arrival - room was not prepared. Staff helpless and manager not available (only in office from 9 am!).

Hospitality service needs work.

Liked: The breakfast was good each morning. I'm not a fan of powdered eggs, but everything else was delicious. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: I had several issues regarding the facilities. I stayed there from Sat - Thurs. The first thing we had to call on was a request for more utensils. There was only 1 fork, spoon, and knife in the drawer. Not a big deal, but compounded, you begin to see a pattern. On Sunday evening, I noticed my toilet was clogged and called downstairs for someone to come up and plunge it. We were told someone would be there shortly, but no one ever came. We used the restroom multiple times throughout the night, unable to flush, and it was unacceptable by the morning. I went downstairs and asked again for someone to come upstairs and the Sales Director came up and plunged it for us. I also asked for more towels and was told I'd need to come downstairs to get them as opposed to someone bringing them to the room. We had to do this multiple times.They only clean the room on Mon-Fri for visits less than 7 days. We put a DND sign out Monday because my Mom planned to stay in all day and she offered to tidy the space while the kids and I were away. The next morning, I went downstairs and requested for someone to clean the room while we were away. To our disappointment, when we returned the room had not been cleaned. At this point, our garbage was overflowing, so we put it out in the hallway for the facilities to pick up. To our surprise, no one removed it and it was still sitting outside of our room the next morning when we were leaving. The next day (Wednesday) someone came by in the afternoon to clean the room and at this point, we told them no thanks because we were leaving the next morning. We asked for towels and new garbage bags. Instead of replacing the small garbage bags throughout the room, they gave us one huge garbage bag, maybe 5-10 gallons. Upon checking out, The Sales Director offered $50 off and points at my next IHG stay. I requested compensation of at least one day and was told she was not authorized to do that. I am still waiting on a call from the GM to discuss.

Pleasant

Liked: The elevator was broken the first few days of our stay. Had to carry luggage up to 3rd floor. We picked this hotel due to having a pool that was not open the last 3-4 nights of our stay, much to the disappointment of my son. We reserved the room for 4 people, but they always took all the towels away and only left 2 when they cleaned the room. They also didn't leave any bedding for the sofa bed, which would've been needed for the 4 people, and I had to walk down stairs to get bedding since the elevators were broken.

Comfortable!

Liked: The staff was consistently amazing! The breakfast was okay, my room was very nice, however there was this smell every time I entered in it that was not pleasant at all. There were minor issues but overall my stay was very enjoyable and nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again!
Disliked: The elevator was out most of the time.

Wonderful stay for families with...

Liked: Everything from the staff, to the breakfast bar, to the rooms were amazing!
Disliked: We loved everything about it! Nothing to mention that was a downside!

Expensive price but only fair...

Disliked: Sofa bed is very low quality and uncomfortable, literally not sleepable. Air conditioner blows very large wind at sofa and cannot turn it off. Not enough towels. No beddings for the sofa bed. Had to ask for it.

Poor

Liked: Location, pool
Disliked: My room was over booked so I had to downsize. Staff put me on the. 5th floor without informing me the elevator was out of order. My family and I had to walk up and down 8 flights of steps. Very inconvenient
