I enjoy staying there.

Liked: The room, staff, breakfast, fire pit, happy hour were all excellent!
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights & our beds & room wasn’t cleaned. Last full day we was there when we came back our dirty towels were gone but our beds & dishes from outside fire pit were still there. The second night we was there housekeeping came at around dinner time & asked if we wanted them to clean room but we was relaxing so we said not at that moment. I just think for the amount of money we paid for our stay there should have been more effort for our room to be cleaned. Everything else during our stay was nice.

A clean, spacious place to...
Liked: Spacious, quiet, clean - an exceptional hotel. Staff was caring and competent. Room was large, dishes and silverware were provided, room and hall were quiet. Everthing was spotless. Check in/out was painless, staff was very helpful and always had a smile as they assissted us.Breakfast was excellent. Hot dishes, waffles, fresh fruit, scones, hot biscuits, juice, china, silverware - no plastic or paper plates unless you needed them.
Disliked: One more hot dish at breakfast each day the meal would have been superior.The room wasn't a true suite - kitchen, sleeping area, and living area were all in the same space - no separation at all.

Never use Booking.com
Disliked: I had called and spoke to someone personally at booking .com and canceled. But booking .com never followed thru with Staybridge. So I got charged for the stay and never stepped foot on the property. Booking.com dropped the ball on me. I talked to Staybridge and they said they see that it was all Booking.com’s mistake. I will be taking this further. I had cancelled over a month in advance!

Way overpriced
Liked: It was newer and clean
Disliked: When I went to check in the two ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and ignored me. It was that they were looking down upon me. They tried my patience, but I remain calm.
