3rd stay at Staybridge

Liked: Everything about this hotel rocks! Thus is my 3rd stay. Every time I go to Columbus I will stay here
Disliked: The pool area is a little on the small side. Other than that, everything is exceptional

Very good

Liked: Although the property was listed as “pet friendly” on Booking.com, when we arrived, we were informed it is only for service dogs. However, the staff responded so well and agreed to accommodate us with our 2 dogs. So thank you for adjusting for us with the discrepancy encountered with the booking.
Disliked: Listed as pet friendly on Booking.com, which wasn’t the case on arrival.

My stay was sufficient but...

Liked: Arriving and check-in went smoothly. The location was great for my needs. The location was quiet.
Disliked: My room had a cigar/smoking smell for the duration of my stay. I believe my neighbor or someone was smoking as there were times that the odor increased and was more intense. I did report the problem and was offered to re-clean the room, however the room itself was clean, but the air was the issue. The smell was very obvious and my friends who also believed it was another guest most likely causing the issue.
