Pleasant

Liked: Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Location wasn't great, loud guests smoking Marijuana down the hall making loud noises all night.

Disappointing

It was not completely clear...

Liked: It was good area but needed to be properly cleaned !
Disliked: It wasn’t completely clean a sock behind the door , someone cause a fire and woke us all up outta of sleep at 12:30am in the morning !

To Evacuate or Not ?...

Liked: Millie was a very nice person. She gave you the vibe that you were her out of town guest. She was very accommodating.
Disliked: When my floor,the 4th floor had a incident which caused the smoke alarm to go off as well as created a lot of smoke in the hall and for residents to evacuate,nothing was explained unless you asked. No staff member told us to evacuate or that we could return to our rooms until someone in your area asked. It was very unorganized and then I was told I never had to evacuate my room after sitting in the lobby for about 20 minutes. It was also late and woke people up. Millie however was very apologetic.
