Second time I have stayed there and I will again. Lots of towels; TV easy to use; full kitchen. Breakfast was nice; staff were friendly.

Liked: Everything else good.
Disliked: Air conditioner was noisy.

Excellent Location Near York University

Liked: My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were in town for the National Bank Men's professional tennis tournament at York University. The location is very good to the event site, about a 10 minute drive. The space in the room was wonderful. Lots of room to spread out over the two nights. The kitchen is nice value add but we only used the refrigerator. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was adequate and included all the usual breakfast items you find at a hotel breakfast buffet. Not sure what other attractions are nearby as we were only in town for the tennis tournament. The price was a little high but we needed spacious lodging for two nights. All of the staff were very nice and the service throughout our stay was very good. We recommend this property.

Do not recommend

Disliked: Coffee maker had old coffee in filter basket- we left it. Silverfish In the bathroom. Brown stain on comforter. Sofa bed mattress was disgusting. Top surface of ottoman dirty vinyl with gouges all over it. Very loud- can hear every sound from the road. Had to ask for toilet paper. Do not recommend

Disliked: The bed was a double and not a queen. And if you were anywhere near the edges the mattress was so well used you actually fall off the bed.
