Nice room; reasonable price. Definitely would stay again.

Second time I have stayed there and I will again. Lots of towels; TV easy to use; full kitchen. Breakfast was nice; staff were friendly.

Liked: Everything else good.
Disliked: Air conditioner was noisy.

Liked: The location was good for us because it was close to all we needed to do in Vaughan.
Disliked: The housekeepers that worked on the 4th floor on the 9th and 10th of August over the weekend were so badly behaved towards us, not even our bed was ever made even at request untill the black lady housekeeper resumed on Monday, then our room was cleaned and toiletries given to us she was very kind her name is Ann. We spoke with reception and the guy Issemel was unbelievably rude too. I can never bring my family there again.

Will definitely return again!

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean, excellent facilities in the room. Nice and quiet. Pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet choice was good. Beds were comfortable. Convenient for Roger’s Stadium. Was able to check in early. Bags were safely looked after when we arrived early (before room was ready).
Disliked: Early ish breakfast closing time - 9.30 in the week.Very high counter where the sink is in the suite - I’m short so going it difficult to use. No kettle in room as standard, needed to ask for one. No supermarket close.Not a lot in surround area.

Overall an OK stay for...

Liked: Breakfast was great and free parking was also perfect for us. We just stayed one night after our flight in to Toronto, so it served our purposes.
Disliked: Did expect two beds for four people but the second one was a sofa bed. We still slept well and likely should have read the description in more detail.
